I have a set of twin pipes/silencers (Crankshop) off an 01 800 ZX summit. They were used for one season and have recently been re-painted. I've had them for sale all last year and this season as well (they're in the classifieds right now). There has hardly been anyone interested, is there something about them that is not good. At a grand new, I thought 400 beans was a hell of a deal, not to mention how they perform....has anyone heard these things, the sound alone had me sold. They came off POWDERCHOWDER's old sled, he loved them in the hills, we were going to retro-fit my '02 800 (belly pan mod) to fit them, but never got around to it..so they sit collecting dust.......somebody please give them a new home for Christmas.......

Cheers All!!

My bro-in-law ran those exact pipes on his '01 151X. They flat out make power. As for the sound; he sold the sled, but the guy hasn't picked it up yet. When we fired up the '01 with those Crankshop twins the other nite....:eek:OMG does that thing sound evil.
