2000 polaris 500 scrambler I cant get the rear axle off HELP please

I have stripped it down to the large bolts with kinda lugs beside em already broke one pipe wrench must be doing something wrong I will try and post a pic right away

I have the manual it covers to many models

heat didnt work going to try and spit the nut

split the nut looking at the old shaft the last owner used heat.
had to split the one on the other side but otherwise looking good

could not upload picture but is a success just need two nuts tomorrow the new axle is in

Yes gen3usa will have info on anything for the old scramblers. There should be a snap ring to take off and then a collar that goes over the large nut... did you get those off first?
