17.5" shocks in RMK

Buddy has a set of 17.5" fox floats and I'm thinkin about putting them in my D8, Does anybody know if the extra 1/2 inch on extended length will cause any problems? Binding, etc.....????? stock length is 17 inches..

it will most likely cause the bottom a-arm to bind on the spindle. i will also through the front suspension geomety off. I wouldn't recomend it.
