08 Switchback

I have an 08 switchback with a hood that doesn't seem to fit on correctly. Seems to sit too high to catch the lower plastics. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or has heard any recalls or anything?

I haven't heard of any recalls but on my dragon the hood comes over the plastics on the right side, i think that it is in there design, if all else fails take it to the stealer and get them to fix it if they can
