I am running a 1000 with twin pipes and intake and they recommend a straight 36 helix but I have heard that a 36/46 helix pulls pretty good, I'm pretty green when it comes to clutches just looking for a little help pls n thx

Straight 38 with red/white torsional spring. Each to his own but my 1000 diddnt work that great till I lost the dual angle helix.

The wider the range in angles, the harder I always found it to get consistant performance in the always varying conditions found in mountain riding. I personally would also pick a straight 38* for consistant performance; and nothing greater than a 42/38 or 40/36 if you are leaning in that direction.
