05 mxz 800 belt problem

I have a 05 mxz 800ho that keeps eating belts under 100mi any suggestions on what my be causing this thanks

i have 2001 800 MXZ normally I can get up to 2500-3000 k.m .Right on i,am
doing clutch alignment and found worn shim which knock out the alignment3/16 which took
out a belt .Heat is the biggest killer of belts so check air flow and belt defection which is a easy adjustment. I hope this helps!

maybe check your engine elignment. if uve had your motor out or mybe it just twisted loose your primary may be out of line causing u to blow belts. take it to a dealership and they have alignment bars made for differnt models... it takes maybe a half hour to do an engine alignment
