05 800 sportsman need help!!!!!!!

when ideling my 05 800 sportsman fills coolant tank and overflows but when u rev it up it sucks it back into engine any body have suggestions???

dirty rad causing the engine to overheat and spill coolant. when you rev it up it cycles the coolant and cools it off. i would check your rad and make sure it is clean. they will get clogged with mud and can over heat pretty fast. it may look clean but it actually isn't. you should be able to shine a flash light through it and see the light on the other side.

That does sound like your rad is plugged up.Same thing happened to friend last year.Now he makes sure to really clean his rad from the front and back.

Just did my wifes 700 same problem,it was the impellor gone in the water pump.Installed new impellor all was good.
