Friend of mine took some weaker riders to sale and one of them went over the side of the trail and now they cant get the sled out. It is 200m off the trail and there is no switch back below to ride it out. The owner of the sled is disabled (missing both legs) so he is too nervous to go down into an area that he might not be able to get out. Wondering if there are any revy locals that would be willing to go up and try to get the sled at least back onto the trail? I would give him a hand but am recovering from a shoulder injury and not sure when I will be back to the area. I did have him call powerhouse customs as I remember they used to tackle projects like this but response was they are too busy atm. I have the gps coordinates and some more detailed information if any are willing to tackle it. Sled is on sale mountain.

Cheers

Try Mark Schaede in Revy or Kert at Infinity Motorsports. They may be able to help you. If it is unrideable to get out you probably will need a chopper.

The guy has already spent some cash on unsuccessfull chopper attempts the day it happened so I’m sure he would be happy to pay a local a recovery fee.

Holy sheet was that ever steep and took some very technical riding to punch in a trail.
Took 1 whole day to find sled and then just get out.
Recovery day was all day with a big group.
Sled now recovered..
I tired and sore....lol.
Big shout out to team Shaede.
We had to go another recovery today....written off sled over a drop.
How come no one breaks in easy spots....???
