Hey guys I'm about to put the rave valves back into my new engine and was wondering if they should go back in dry or with a light coating of oil?

Thanks in advance.

Perfect! I'll have to take a closer look...thanks! I also installed a new oil pump and bled the air out of it...and I will be putting oil in the fuel tank for the first tank...do you figure thats safe enough or should I zip tie it wide open for a bit?

Thanks

what happened to the old oil pump?

yeah add 1liter to the tank.

and get a cloths hanger wire and hold it widde open while the sled is idleing for about 10 minuts. that will get rid of the air.

Well I figured i spent 2g's on a brand new engine I may as well get a brand new oil pump...cheap insurance I guess...the sled has almost 6000 original km's...

Old Snowest trick, spray them with Pam cooking spray before reassembly. Then next time you clean them the black gunk wipes right off instead of having to scrape it off.
