I picked up a few spal fans( if you look them up you will see where you can get them and how robust they are). I have seen no issues with the fan running pulling hot air out. Those things are built for the environment. It pulls ALOT of air out and works great so far.
I don't know why everyone is bashing him or telling him his product is no good and others are better. Why not give the guy some credit for being innovative and coming up with something that's inexpensive and possibly a solution that that's of others would appreciate. He took the time to share it...
Did you just get a hood for a 600 race sled and start modifying it to fit? I think that's my new project. Anything I should be looking out for with installing it on the 1100?

To keep all the heat in the pipe and not under the hood. I built my own header, divorce pipe, down pipe and can for the machine then wrapped it up from front to back. It's not as easy as the blankets from evolution but serves the same purpose(I like to be different)
