    Skidoo clutch vent upgrade

I put the new air intake vent system on my 2017, haven't ridden the sled since the install. Just to clarify the system allows filtered cold air to enter the clutch system at the center of the secondary clutch and the hot air exits the left foot well as before. The benefit that I expect is that...

    G4 oil consumption..loves her oil

I haven't ridden my 2017 enough to get a good comparison but I was told by the dealer that the oil use would be similar to the 800 after break in Doo decided to stay with more oil until they get a better handle on engine reliability in the mountain machines. Fyi

    Gen 4 Skid Plate

Check out Rpm composites best protection including the chaincase and brake, bolts on and comes in one box but 3 pieces. Raffi is great to deal with. The construction is very durable not plastic. The design and fit doesn't allow much snow retention. I have one on my 17.JMO.

Anti Snowmobile mentality... when did it start?

I bought my first two snow machines in the late seventies and rode east of Edmonton and NE of Cold Lake. We rode in smaller groups of 6 or so and nobody cared. We rode in areas in government areas on cut lines and closer in on unofficial snowmobile trails east of Edmonton where the farmers...
