the octane shouldnt be an issue, I only ride in B.C and while im there i pick up 93 octane fuel from chevron plus i do mix 30% VP111 race fuel in. this motor is "supposed" to be pump gas according to D&D but i run the race gas due to the happy button. on a side note the motor has never let go...
I'm looking to see if anyone knows of another company who builds pistons to fit this engine. a little history of my sled is.... when it runs, it runa GREAT!... until the one ring on the piston somehow turns and peels the top off the piston. then i get to ride my wounded sled back to the truck...
Then apparently we have the same sled! mine is in about 300 pieces right now and im waiting on pistons and jugs to try and get one last ride in this year. not good advertisment for the 900ss kit hey. but when its running i wouldnt trade it for any other.
By won't seal i mean if you take them out and look into them from the throttle body side you can see day-light between the pedal and cage. is this common for V-Force or at all even? is there better ones out there?

what sort of problems would or should i have noticed if my reeds werent closeing? After a string of bad luck and a blown motor, as i was rebuilding and double checking things i noticed that the pedals on my reeds dont close all the way. will this be an issue? should i change them? did this play...
Call dons speed parts in wainwright they just got an order of those pistons in and they can exchange your jugs for renicked ones. its faster and cheaper than sending them off yourself.

with 5 pounds of air u wont get any lift but if your truck is empty make sure u still have 5lbs in the bags so they dont fold and rub hole in them. bags are the way to go with a chevy with level kit, thats what i did to my chevy and the bags were great, but i learned the hard way about keeping...
Try calling C.C Cycle in westlock i heard he knows how to fix this. I will be calling in on monday to ask about mine as well. After 1700 Miles I thought the bog was just a part of that sled that i sort of got used to, but now i have seen an M7 that USED TO bog just like mine, and now it runs...
if you guys want to get rid of your famose M7 bog that we all hate so much, try talking to your dealer about sending your computer in for updates. if they have no idea what you are talking about, try calling C.C cycle in westlock AB and ask them they seem to know of the updates and apparently...
if you talk to your dealer ask them about any up dates or flashes for your ecm. I know that there is updates for the ecm with a square on them and i dont know about the other two ecm's. My m7 has a low end bog and from what i have been told this up date should fix it.
keep mine in the trunk and regi in zip-lok bag between foam and vinyl of seat, works good till the seat comes off as it rolls down the hill, almost lost the plate once.
Can you pls post a pic of the trailer atleast the sled should be easy to identify, i live here in hinton and not too often things stick around but you never know it could still be here somewhere. Where was it stolen from? and they left your truck? wow! I will try to keep an eye out and an ear...
one year in revy when the thieves were hittin the sledders really hard we paid the trail pass guy what he thought his wadges were worth to stay all day till we got back down and watch all of the trucks to make sure this didnt happen. it worked but not saying that is the solution. there has to...
