Maybe, but it doesnt hold the strap to the "short" position with the lever/handle. you can manually grab the strap from the tensioner and pull it down to the "long" position with relative ease, basically negating the "short" setting rendering the design fairly useless.

New trailer. added a tool box, coat hooks, paper towel holder and then completed some ducting for the furnace, made a huge difference. Now to get off work and go sledding.

Mine does the exact same thing. Remote limiter strap IMO is a waste of money. Great idea, poorly executed.
