Curious to hear what the face run out is when it's bolted on a motor and a dual indicator is put on it. Pull plugs and turn it over. Did you make a fixture to hold the taper?

Kind of an off the wall question, do the lynx sleds come in a G4 type of platform. Those lynx were always overly built like tanks. Any idea if they have been having bulkhead issues if they are the same G4 type platform. I suck at searches like that, anybody got any info.

Maybe there is a way that the pivot on the bottom of the bar post has somehow got to a point that the pivot point has flipped the rod to the wrong side. Shine a light down in the belly pan and look if something looks really out of place. Doubt it, but worth a look

Maybe search self sharpening...
I know a lot of guys over on the honda twins motorcycle forum are using a john deere lawn tactor regulator/rectifier. I did the swap on a old motorcycle my wife has, seems to work fine. A search should come up with the swap and part number.

Sirkdev, Yeah, can't wait to see these truck driving in the salt mist coming off the roads after they salt them during slushy/icy conditions. All of a sudden, the truck has become only a fair weather vehicle.

I'm not 100% sure on the doo throttle block, but if you look at the throttle block you will see a very small plastic piece that the thumb lever touches. On my old polaris there is one on the front side of the thumb lever and one on the back. If the throttle lever doesn't move in the proper...
