Found a 1994 Honda 250cr... It's too big for me but hey I'm willing to spend some time everyday to learn it and learn the ins and out of it mechanically also... I live on 5acres so I can learn easy.... Is this an ok an ok deal???'94 CR250r

Been a while for me on the forum....... but yea i got a job ( late in summer... yes i know) at a metal shop working 8 hour shifts full time until school. Hopefully by next summer i will be able to have a cheaper bike... ( i only get to spend 1/3 of what i make D; parents rules..... the other 2/3...

School has gotten in the way and lot's of studying(senior highschool). I am 16 years old and i recently have been looking at quads and dirt bikes. But i am always stuck in this dilemma of which i would rather like to ride... I dont have the money right...
Which one guys i know how 4 is power/ torque and 2 is speed and lighter but im leaning towards 2 because of the maintenance and how it is simpler to easier to repair and all. But i also heard that 2 strokes overheat easily in tight trails.
4 stroke have more torque and are more fuel efficient but cost more to maintain and is more complicated to maintain ( the need of proffesional usually needed.) 2 strokes are faster lighter, but over heat in the tighter trails and are fuel inefficient. Im going to be riding trails wherever i can...
Those are the ones im leaning too, im 15, 5,5. By the time i have enough money around (1600$) probably next summer or spring i might be a bit taller so a 250 might be an option. I can just about tip toe them now.
