I believe you will need 8T drivers to clear the 2.5" track, but I could be wrong. I've got an 04 and I need to run 8T to clear a 2.5" track.

hey guys and gals, I originally had a 151" x 16" x 2" 2.52" pitch track with 10 tooth drivers on my 2004 Summit Highmark X, and went to a 154" x 16" x 2.25" 2.86" pitch track with 8 tooth drivers. Doing so I had to pull my skid back and run a big wheel kit. Now, I want to pick up a 154" x 16"...

DRD, replaced the carb boots and reeds last year! They'll be checked again but should be alright still.

alright, so I'm doing the rebuild... Is it mandatory to pull the engine or can it be done as is? Havent rebuilt an engine, so this should be interesting...

Well, after 5500km my old track is starting to look a little weak on my 2004 151" Rev 800. I'm updating to a 2009 XP 154", 2.25" track, 8 tooth 2.86 pitch Wahl drivers, and hoping to take up the slack in my track with the big wheel kit I've got on now. The new track is one of the ported XP...

All my panels on my 04 Rev are Plastidipped, havent had any issues yet. Just have to make sure you cover it with a clear coat or do not spill fuel on it. The gas dissolves plastidip instantly.
