thanks guys! It is the sensor in the head. Knock sensor cant remember the part number. Cat wants $300 but heard from someone that the part number is the same as a GM sensor . Hope someone here has done one or can point me in the right direction. My pipe sensor is fine and think the knock sensor...
does any one know if a person could go to your auto parts dealer like NAPA etc and pick up a knock sensor for the AC 800 ? Dealerships are asking $300 which seems alittle steep. It should be a bosch product !!! Hoping it might be cheaper and in stock!

X2 just took off the D&D barker can which was awesome but installed the "thing can" great to have hot lunch on the hill in mins instead of hrs from the parking lot!!! Also you dont have to figure out a spot for your muff pot anymore
Just had my 2012 pro climb blow apart on my sled, It killed my belt cause everything dropped into the helix . backside of the clutch sheared the bolts right off. The 4 bolts for the helix and 2 that hold the plastic ramps all gone. Dealership told me to ship the clutch back and covered...
got it all fixed!! went with the EVO motor mounts to get rid of the vibs , had to put a new cooler in the sled, Looks like this setup is gonna work better and stronger then the OEM setup. Thanks guys for the help and input.
hey I have a 2012 m800 pro climb and my heat exchanger has cracked on our last trip. The tab that is welded on top where you motor mount is attached to has cracked and was leaking coolant . Has anyone else had problems in this area? I called my dealer and waiting to see if its covered under...
I second the D&D barker can. Awesome sound and light weight for the sled. I ran two last year on our sleds , even the wife runs it on her sled and loves it , so it cant be too loud. Also selling both of them cause we went with turbo kits......
still waiting on all my 2012 cats for the updates!!!! my dealer tells me mid dec. still dont know after reading alot of posts if it will fix the problem..... Looks like cat doesnt need a R&D team they have all us buyers for that haha
go to NAPA and put the air bags from a semi truck in. My buddy has a dodge with a 6" lift and installed these bags for his welding truck. They work and look awesome .... Think he paid around $300 for both bags
Just installed my Duratrac on my 2013 3500 GMC dually and love them!!!Live up north and do alot of driving into BC , highway and logging roads, cant wait to really test them out since I only came from the tire shop to home. Time will tell but right now i m VERY happy with the choice
