I bought a used 2009 marathon with the extension and it;s great, But if I was buying a new one today, I would message GoodNGrubby and get a Crosstrax with the extention. the new marathon truck box decks are beautiful, but a little pricey for most, and the crosstrax deck are very well built...
I'v been keeping my eye on kijiji and think it;s down to two, A 2009 cross trax deck used but in brand new shape, used once and only for quads. and this x tuck deck, I like the bolt together construction of the deck, beefy parts and the composite decking but the cross trax deck has a good...
I too was at coopers today looking at the x truck deck and was considering picking one up, but after this thread i may drive out to grasslands and pick one up there instead. There is alot to be said about customer service, and due to this thread it looks like he might of just lost 4400$ worth...
Did you find those ramps to be really heavy or what? they sure are the beefiest ramps i have ever seen, and the eyelet tie downs on the deck must be 1/2 in aluminum they are huge. and those legs do look pretty skinny good call, nothing a chunk of plywood won't fix.
I am looking a picking up a sled deck, I have been a little bias to some of the brand name decks, such as marathon, STF, and Cross tracks decks. looking on kijiji i saw this X Truck Deck availability at Coopers RV. I have never heard of this deck or have i ever dealt with Coopers Rv, just...
I too was looking at the Voltage toy hauler's. I even sent off a email to the manufacturer to try and find a better deal, they came back at me with a price of 55k for a 3/4 ton towable 30 ft fifth wheel version out of Colorado, The price difference was huge between the voltage and comparable...
X3 I did the 686 kit last year with the mudbuster cam and i love it. Kevin is a great wealth of info on the 660, I you want even more power you can put in a stroker crank too. I think i'm going to put one in next year. The wisco piston kit is the one I used the part # was Pk1115. the kit...
ABC muffler and hitch on 50th st and 83 ave can take care of that for you. Some of the factory rear bumper on fifth wheels just are not strong enough to tow with, so they need to be reinforced, this shop has been doing this stuff for years ,and they do it all the time
The duramax is one of the most picky diesels for the size of particle that can cause damage to the injectors, Most of the reading I have done on the subject has shown that filter that is rated down to 2 microns will heavily increase the life of your injectors. This link explaines some of the...
I have a S&B intake on my 07 lbz, It fit's poorly at best the intake tube hits the hood liner and the air box fit;s the engine bay poorly. From my experience
, I have found the volant intake seem to be one of the higher end set-up's. But I will definatly agree that K&n kits work poorly on...
I bought a pressure washer from Costco three years ago, It is a honda engine with a karcher pump, Other than the fuel bowl filling up with water once (probably my fault, old gas) it has run excellent. and it only cost me about 400$ bucks.
I would take it into Clutch and Grab Transmission, They are great guys, and a sponsor of Snow and Mud. They answer all you questions. I Also work there with Funtimes, and zrtdaryl so my view is not impartial. If you have any questions about the Transmission just give us a call. I would be...
I think it's time to try out the new toy hauler, we will be heading out to long lake for the weekend. can't wait to use a winch to get unstuck instead of a shovel.
I'v decided, I'm headed out to onion on Saturday. hopefully we get some good condition, We've got some experienced rider's and some rookies, so we will see what happens. I'll post some pics next week.
Has anyone been out to Onion lake this year, I was hoping to find something a little more hilly with a small bowl or two within a half hour of Nordegg. I heard the sugar bowl has been pretty dicey so far this year.
Heading down to Nordegg for the weekend staying in the new subdivision, was wondering where we can find some good trails and maybe a deep field or two to play in.
I have run 5w40 rotella T synthetic for the last 3 years, My duramax starts great all the time. In the last 4 years i have never plugged it in. The Gm service manual say's that 5w40 synthetic is good to run all year.
