your pro is a little different from my assault, i would go with a kurts clutch kit and gear down kit or tki belt kit only mainly cause pro rmks are belt instead of a chain case.
im working on a 1993 ext 580 efi sled runs great but its not charging the battery at all. I have tested the voltage reg is good tested the stator it is in spec at least the specs that I have found. the stator shows signs of being burnt but tests in specs. I need some help this is starting to...
have a small issue electric start doesn't work runs fine with pull start. I've check all fuses and relay, battery voltage is good, tested the key switch is good, tested wires through out the harness all have good connection and continuity.
any ideas would help

i know its still summer but I'm wanting to get the assault ready and set up for the season. i was wanting to know if anybody changed their gearing/clutching on their own assault/pro. I'm wanting to get more bottom end power with out doing motor mods. any ideas would help.

this is gonna be a dumb question but how do you tell if it has been done? my dealer said they did it on pdi but just for reinsurance is there a measurement to tell if the screw been turned in?
