Got mine out with two Rhino's and a brute winching me up the far bank (fun). Dropped the oil, and ran some carb cleaner through it, and 15min later ran her hard all day. Good old Grizz. Had to put on some warm clothes after my swim in the deep end.:cool::cool:
Gorilla or Highlifter axles (same thing)
If you have a lift installed, you may want to take it out if your breaking axles. The CV's are stronger and take more of an angle on the Gorilla/ Highlifter axle, but you can still twist off the axle between them.
I'm just in the process of placing my order, but a friends took around 2 weeks give or take.

This is before shipping/ duties, it's around $330 in total.:beer:
i'm not sure, i will have to look at the kit and see if it says. but for some reason 14g rings a bell. i will also have to change out the wet clutch springs i guess.
Yea, the top end is'nt so important to me either, i can't really remember but i think she'll get up to 80 or so. When i had the machining done at the mod shop, Rob told me that with the 660 you can get more on the bottom end but not the top, the 700 Grizz will get both. I'm thinking now with...
You can get a full set of Mudbugs at BikeBandit.com really cheap. I priced some out for myself, with shipping/ duties included it's around $300. At the local dealerships/ tire shops there $150-160/tire. I am running Mudbugs right now and really like them, and for this price a guy can't go wrong.
I have a EPI clutch kit on my Grizz, and last year i also had the clutch machined. would there be any benefits to removing the clutch kit performance wise? as of now i have good bottom end, and not so much top!
I've seen alot of people run their snorkel lines along the left side of the bike, This is the cleanest looking, but i think it would be a real pain doing oil filter changes, as well as when you need to pull your carb for some maintainace or tuning. My unit is not the nicest, but in my opinion...
High Lifter has a good one I am told.
High Lifter ATV Products & Accessories - High Lifter Triple-Flow Radiator Kit - Kawasaki 750 Brute Force
A bit pricey though:beer::beer:
You could just run some carb cleaner through the carb first before taking the carb out and doing a good cleaning. Drain your float bowl first, it sounds like you have some old fuel in there that has gelled up, and change your fuel if you haven't already. hope this helps.
I run carb cleaner...
Hey guys, i'm looking for a rear rim for my 04' 660 Grizz, if anyone in the Grande Prairie area has some to get rid of let me know pls.
Thx:beer::beer:
I need to replace the rear axles on my 660 grizz, so i was looking at these American CV heavy duty axles online. I would like to put a lift on my quad someday, and i knew that i needed heavy duty axles, they seem to be a reasonable price $250 with shipping and duties (each). So i would like to...
Yes it is not the best placement for the snorkel, but i don't mind it to much. I find that i would smash my nuttz on the gas tank any how.. LoL:d:d
the main reason i did it this way was to not restrict anything, and it was simple. the less fittings you have the fewer leak points there are.
The snorkel kit i bought for the carb, came with a 2" inlet, i replaced it with a 3" just to make sure i wouldn't starve the engine of air.
I also extended the vent lines for the carb and front/rear diffs, and ran them up the carb snorkel.
The intake and exhaust snorkels for the clutch i...
