This was at Medicine Lake a couple days ago. My kid is driving and we are pushing, the winch wasn't strong enough to get me out and my buddy was on a Banshee so no tow for this guy.
Ya I just bought the rubber plugs today and they just needed to be set.
Thanks. As for the solenoid I just went and bought a new winch instead of p*ssing around with the old one.
The sticker is there with the year make and model however the VIN has been rubbed off through time. But I still got it registered I used the engine serial number and the broad from the motor vehicle branch came out and looked at it and she said it was good enough so I guess I got lucky. In fact...
First things first does anyone know of a place on the net where I can get a free online version of a repair manual for a 87 Honda TRX350?
Second I have been trying to fix my front brakes for a week now with no luck. I have been told that setting the drum brakes in the front is similar to...
Ok the only piece of rubber that I foundwas the rubber cover on the bleeder nipple. So I bled the brakes. The only thing that I found on the outside of the drum that would even come close to what you are describing is a small 8mm bolt and there is only one per wheel.
Anyway I bled the brakes...
Just wondering where everyone is going riding this May long. Other than Medicine Lake what is relatively close to the Red Deer/Rimbey area (I gotta stick close since I am on call for the weekend)?
I have only been out there twice but I have only recently got a quad, I grew up on bikes at McLean Creek. In my opinion Medicine Lake is definatly better for quads over bikes. There is alot of skeg and whenever you crest a hill there is a mud pit at the bottom. I have only been stuck once but...
Thanks for the tips the res was full but I am not to sure I understand the little rubber plug on the outside of the rim. But I will keep looking and hope I can get my brakes back by may long. Also do you know how to set the rear brakes for the same quad?
Hey does anyone know if there is any place to put brake fluid other than on the handle bars by the front brake lever?:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
Hey does anyone know of any quad trails just outside of red deer or where the closest trails to red deer are. Let me know asap I am looking to head out on my new quad tonight.
Thanks I found everything I needed about 3 hrs after I posted this thread but I am still looking for the VIN number and I have looked everywhere but I am unable to find it. I have one more spot to look and I have to take the winch off because someone told me it is there stamped on the frame. If...
I have been looking for the serial (VIN) number for 3 days on the quad I picked up, either I am blind or retarded because I can't find it. I have a 87' Honda TRX350H Fourtrax can ANYBODY help me and tell me where the damn number is...PLEASE. I am going gray and bald because of this.
