Hi guys,

Trying to find a place to stage around this area. Only place I have been told is where the cabins are, but I'd prefer not have to go in to the cabin area and bother people if I dont have too. Also is the riding pretty good out therE?

We have a place out there and there is a graveled turn out area between blocks 8 and 11 that you would not bother anyone if you staged there as it is pretty far away from any of the actual lots. Otherwise there are lots of quads, bikes, SxS's etc. ripping around anyways so as long as you are not being assholes ripping around with loud pipes etc. and littering no problems. The cops have a pretty good idea who the locals are as well so there is differing levels of treatment as well so I would make sure that you have plates/insurance/registration and the paperwork to prove it.

There are lots of trails to ride but it is wetter than I have ever seen it; lots of the trails from the hamlet range from tough to in-passable depending on your equipment and skill level as I can make it down the block 15 trail with 30" SB's etc. but the nephews on their sport quads or stock Honda's will go up the ditch to the gravel pit entrance.

Just curious if anyone knows the trail from long lake up towards the north buck lake area? Is it pass-able? I've heard about it and would love to attempt it. Ive heard its a pretty gnarly ride.

On a dry year bring lots of rope, chain saw, food and be sure everyone's winch is working!!!!!!! This year I suggest you extend your snorkels by 3'.
