Had perc reverse on my 02 and loved it. Never changed the oilpump or flywheel. Had to add a wire for the reverse light. I could only adjusted the idle when running in reverse. It seemed to idle fine in forward tho. You get the kit with the team clutch? Or without?

I would hope for powder coating for tunnel, skid, and spindles. Every one else has gone that way, while I guess not yamaha yet

My guess is billet sprockets for belt maybe a tensioner and a redisgned drive shaft. An higher output 800 and redesigned 900 motor

Yup 2.52 is the pitch. I pick one up from cycle works and I think I paid 500 It was the last one they had tho.

If it is a chev then there will be a large 40 amp fuse you need to plug in the fuse panel under hood. The fuse is usually wrapped with the plug for brake controller

If plugs and can don't work then take in and have tps adjusted and check wiring harness. Heard of a few having bad wiring harness

i have some interstate u2200 6 volts batteries and got 8 years out of them before they got froze last fall. From what ihave been reading sounds like the trojan plus batteries last longer. not sure why they do? the t 105 trojans have less reserve than the u2200 but the t125 has more.interstate...

Got about 8 inches of fresh should be some good sledding now

Any snowmobile dealer should have them. I know our polaris dealer in whitecourt has them.

I did this on my 02 rmk, i moved that front hole back 2.5" (i think) and moved all the suspension parts to the hole about 1" forward. No rail extension needed and a way better attack angle. do not cut the rails unless you are putting on an antistab kit.

So your belt only squeaks at idle would mean that the belt deflection is probably to tight. You need to check your belt deflection. it been awhile but i think it should 1.25 " deflection.

I dealt with a guy that builds polaris engines in prince george, i cant remember the company name but got his number from the polaris dealer there.
