One thing to remember is that no one is stopping you from drinking or limiting your comsuption, its about driving afterwards. There are alternate means of transportation to use if necessary.

My first memorable experiences were on a 79 John Deere Liquifire. A lot of machine for a 5 year old! A couple years later, switched over to a Trailfire. That Trailfire stills runs strong to this day for my nephew.

This is generally true, but if you have a witness willing to make a statement that the other person is at fault, you can be off the hook. This happened to my wife at work, a person saw the incident where the other guy backed into the wife's car, and it was all on the other guy's insurance.
