It`s totally normal... My 550 isn`t as bad as my 850 with the Team gear reduction kit in it.. The 850 is like a rubber band wound up before it lets go... I`ve had no issues with it thou and she`s got over 1000 miles of hard skeg grinding action on her....
I`ve had a Keurig for over a year now... All day long the Keurig make better coffee, The Tassimo i feel make better hot choc.tea, etc. Just my :twocents:
Not sure what the coating is on the stacks but, it wasn`t very durable. I`ve since sprayed them with box liner and pledge to shine them up... The mud Industries kit also comes with inserts for the risers to keep the mud out. It`s a great looking kit with the twin risers for the intake but, not...

I always go at it with WD-40 to clean and it`s safe on the color. Then shine it up with Pledge afterwards. Seems to work awesome on both my quad and sleds..
I got my powerhounds from Prairie Rec. in PA. I`m sure he can get them to Saskatoon for you no problem. Talk to Travis there at 306-763-8001 if your interested.
