The problem i ran into was my sled didnt have the right bracket needed to mount the starter, so have a look at your front support for the 2 bolt holes you will mount the starter with. i had to change mine out.

Yes I would build another big bore for the rev, but I'd use the 800 motor! The 670 hauls as but too many little issues.

Stock 800r but had to rebuild the front end, shes good as new now. I sold the revs, i miss the 06 thou that was a good machine.

Sled is done! road it all last season. The jackshaft is a bit of a pain but no biggie, went with a 2.5" track nothing special just a good ole stocker!!

yep that will be an issue, you may have to tilt the motor or move it back/left so the rave clears the post. Is that how you aligned the clutches? float the secondary it will allow u to move the motor left of center if needed, and test fit your exhaust system for any issues... Watch that your...

The shorty cover and short carb boots are a big help in this install, the guys at Specialty let me set up there for a weekend to do some work . Ineeded to align the clutches for best location. I had the frame apart to do this, u may want to take everything above the motor off to make it easier...
