I was pulling my 5th wheel (36ft titanium hard wall with slide) with my duramax from Lethbridge up to Westcasle, pretty much up hill the whole way and the outside temp was about 24 with a slight head wind and mine ran about 93

I went through the same situation with mine. My truck had a lift kit in it so the trailer was about 2 inches higher in the front and I also couldnt lower the hitch due to clearance. You will notice a little more tire wearon your rear trailer axels and a big difference in the aerodynamics when...

Ya I had issues also( 08 800 163 all 100% stock), all updates done, just got both pistons replaced due to really bad "scoring":rant::rant: every mechanic you talk to has a different theory:confused:. So far BIGDAWG,s theory is the only consistant one ( ride with him and have rode the 09 TURBO...

Its a tough call but it is always good to support your local dealer(If you are luckey enough to have a good one). If you dont support them they wont be around for the quick fixes and acessories. Still a big pill to swallow when certain bolt on parts are just about 1/2 price in the U.S.A. I work...
