no mods to the quad as far as engine is concerned. cleaned the throttle body it was a little dirty put some seafoam in the tank a topped up the fuel. took it for a short ride yesterday seems good but need a longer ride to tell anything for sure. Get back to you when the weather warms enough...

sorry for taking so long away working I finally got a chance to go through things and found that the fuel injector has a screen in the top of it. The screen was dirty I cleaned the screen and everything seems to run great. thanks for the help.

Put dielectric on everything last year and checked the valves about 600 km back. Don't seem to hear any noise that would indicate valves. Tried draining the fuel and putting new in case I got some bad gas but didn't seem to make a difference. Haven't had a chance to pull injector or anything...

Anyone know how to remove the rear axle yokes from the diff? I assume they need to be slide hammered out but would like to know before I try it.

throttle position sensor says it is centered and the fuel filter is actually brand new. the only thing else I could think of was maybe a dirty injector

I have a 08 king I has now started back firing and seems to be low on power. can,t find a problem the computer says everything is OK. changed plug and fuel pressure seems to be good. anyone have any ideas

Does anyone know how to bypass the reverse override button? That button drives me nuts when I am planted in the mud, the diff lock override doesn't bother me because I don't want to forget that on and break anything.

The shims you are looking for are made by Yamaha and are about 3 buck each. 1.5 mm part no. 90201-222F4 0.5 mm part no. 90201-222F0 Put the 1.5mm shim in my 750 king, Its great. Most effective, cheap mod you can do.

I got only 700 kms out of my first set. I just figured suzuki was cheep from factory. got a set of EBC pads and I guess I'll find out how they are.

I found the rope nice to use but in my group we have had some problems. Some tends to almost rot a little and gets easy to break. When you get back from a ride simply free spool it out so it can dry, haven't had a problem since.

got the shims. Putting them in I found that the full 2mm brought the belt to high in the secondary so I went down to 1.5mm. Looks good now can't wait to see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the help.

Drove all over, tractor dealers and anybody else I could think of with no luck. I finally took the specs to my machinist friend told he would make me one. don't think he is even going to charge me. Thanks for info guys

I have head a lot about this mod thinking about giving it a try. does any one know what size the shims are or where to get them?
