Handy Pressure Washer

For anyone who has to drive gravel roads knows, your vehicle gets gravel dust/mud everywhere and in everything. I use to get down under my truck and fight with the wand to get everything I could. Now since I got a messed up back I went to princess auto in the fall and bought a wand attachement for my pressure washer.

I used it for the first time today since it was 14 above. And I have to ask myself why didn't I buy one of these sooner. I can stand beside my truck and just put the wand down under the sides and spray all the crap out without getting all muddy. Got under the rocker panels, in the fenders, in the bumpers, and I knelt down and rifled that thing even in the frame, i got more dirt from washing with that wand and being able to reach into spots I couldn't before then I thought I would. Nice thing is that it uses all the same nozzles like normal.

If anyone has their own pressure washer I would highly recommend one of these. Now i'm going to try and find a 90 degree angle one so I can clean the top of my truck easier.

Edit:
Dont know why my phone auto corrected the pressure to that. But i tried to fix the spelling and it wont let me lol.

Re: Handy Pressure Washer

I have worked in the bush for 20 years in the oilfield. Soaking is key if you can run a good sprinkler underneath vehicle to allow for a complete soak of the mud. That will get 75% of it then 10 min with a wand like yours or princess also makesan undercarriage washer with 3 nozzles that rolls on the ground and it can be spotless.

I took the sprinkler idea to the next level and made my own from aluminum conduit that is big enough to wash complete undercarriage with out moving. That works good...

I wanna find a rubber bendy one, it's way to much of a pain trying to switch between wands with all the rust and crud in the fittings.
