so how do you compensate from loose track, no weight, to bottomed out suspension, and you can play a fiddle tune on the track. so i was informed.
here is an installed nextech skid. I have tried many rear skids, I can tell you that this is the best riding suspension I have run, from holz to M10's. We'll have to wait for more snow to see how it works in the deep. So far on the trail it is awesome... I also believe this skid is going to allow for far more ski pressure for bigger power.
Here are a couple pics of an m1000 162 that just left the shop

WOW
nice skid!
How much did you pay for it??
Justin
Too much for a 14 year old.
It only works one way. You can either have a rear skid that will climb good or 1 that will ride good you cant have both.

Who wants a sled jacked up mountain riding is all about LOWER CENTRE of gravity just my 2 cents.
can't wait to see your ride when it's done, that's gonna be a great machine.I totaly disagree, My XP is all about forward, stand up powder riding. Isn't that why people are putting risers on there sleds, to get the center of gravity higher? Even the Boss seats are trying to get your ass up, just like the town pump.
Totally different than the older type of sit down lower sleds. IMHO this skid helps achieve greater weight transfer with the travel if you want it. I have read and been told that you can pretty much adjust this skid for any type of riding you are doing.
