2008 Torque spec & sequence

Have a 2008 XP 800R, looking for the cylinder & head torque spec & sequence. If anyone can help it would me much appreciated..

Initial torque to 11lb/ft starting in the center of the head and tightening in a criss cross pattern working from the middle of the head outward. Then final torque to 21lb/ft following the same criss cross method from the center out.

Also re-tighten the head bolts after the first ride when cold.
