Hey guys,
just poking around the site. Im doing lots of reading on the forums about a nee to me sled.
Running a 07' phazer w/ rev, custom mid mount turbo kit w/ gt25bb, head shim, custom under seat gas tank, surge tank with dual pumps, tunnel snow to air intercooler, ssqv bov, custom air intake up by handle bars, Turbo smart mbc, rapid bike RB 3 piggy back 153" x 14.5" track, skid extensions inboard wheel kit. Dual ski mounts for the slack country
soon to have some custom foot boards, am hopefully nytro rails to get rid of the extensions.
Tuning has been on going, clutch tuning is getting worked on to.
can only pull 10,200 from a roll, 10,600 from dead stop.
Factory secondary sheave with 65degree wrap.
14.5mm rollers, stm arms with 1 lower tung, 4 washers in middle hole.
used to have 2 tungsten and 4 washers.
The washers beside the rollers were factory diameter. And were rubbing on the stmsuper tip arms. I machined those to 14mm diameter cleaned and re installed everything.
i think the super tips are designed for apex/nytros. Being such a small motor the initial arm weight is soo much more weight then stock i need to try the super tips without any weights!
any advise?
