Need advice on high compression heads

I'm looking into getting a piston/head kit for a 2012 Polaris Pro.

I'm wondering how you guys go about boosting octane levels at lower elevations afterwards. Would it be cheaper to cut premium gas with a little av-gas or just run some octane booster?

I'll be running the machine 90% of the time in the mountains (6000-9000 ft) but once in a while I like to tour around home (3000 ft)

I run a 13.6 1. At home on 60 /40 avgas / prem at 3400 ft

Dont use octane booster, it doesnt work they way they are advertised. Your best bet is to add a bit of AV gas or race fuel with your premium fuel when your riding down low. The amount of AV/Race fuel you need will depend on how high your compression is. Mix a bit of oil in there too.
