Hi-
This is my first time on, my name is Gary. I am having a problem with my 1999 Ski-Doo Summit HO. Machine will not go past 7000 RPMs at top end. I have re-jetted both ways, has not corrected the problem. Someone suggested the DPM may not be working. Is there a test? I would appreciate your help! Thanks!
