An Iwaschuk is an avid mountain sledder from Edson. I've only ever ridden with (sort of...couldn't come close to keeping up with them) Donny and Larry (who was killed sledding out by Cadomin a couple of years ago thus the Larry Iwaschuk memorial poker rally). ANYWAYS.... to make a long story slightly longer...They are from Edson and have (had) LOUD piped up sleds....

Our family grew up as neighbours,Went to school & rode with the Iwaschuk boys..... Good times.Our Last ride with Larry was just short of a month pior to Larry's death. Larry always touring people thru old & new terrain in the Mountains as Larry appeared to be always going sledding and he had a very vast knowledge of Mountain riding.
Larry was very well known & very pleasurable to all.... as thus the Larry Iwaschuk Memorial Ride.

Deeply missed by all.
