Chaincase Removal

On my last trip to the mountains I shamefully had to be towed out as my chain snapped and cracked the case after it stripped a few teeth on the gears. All that aside I need to remove the chaincase and was wondering if people have any tips or exactly what to do to remove the case?

You can just hit the rivets with a hammer and chisel, it sure beets grinding them.

What type of sled ?

Gee -sorry - kinda forgot which thread was looking at - yah on the Xp you can just remove the rivets then re- install the case with bolts

I guess I could have put the sled, that would have made things a little more clear. It is 2010 summit xrs. Thanks for the input, it is appreciated.
