Check with the Castlegar snowmobile club, they put one on for their members last month, not sure if they would be interested in hosting another one.

We've already done our courses for this year.... I checked with avalanche.ca and looks like they are full too. They post a list of instructors on the site, and I'm sure you could arrange a private course if you wanted to shell out the $$$. I also have a list of instructors in the area... Feel free to PM me.
