So Guys know, I believe the 2024 will come with the same vents we see on 2023, when you purchase the protector kit it comes with new vents you replace then the protectors fit in, as of this moment but subject to change as always. cheers dave

Why wouldn't the engineers, engineer it into the sled to begin with ? Oh I know, mas dinero on accessories for BRP.
So now you have 2 layers of frogskin and aluminum skeleton as far as I can see. Looks cool !

They will probably work as intended being plastic. If they were aluminum they would become an ice build up nightmare.

Had a turbo kit with an aluminum cage with a pre filter and it was terrible in the deep for becoming an ice cube
