Thinking maby doing a few more mods to the 800 this winter just wondering if there is any type of programer that is any better than others? And does it actually make any difference? Or worth the cost? Bike is 800 sportsman with a new top end about 100k ago and clutch kit with 28 superlights.

How do you remove the rear shaft on 06 polaris 800 tried removing the role pin and sliding it forward or back but can not move it far enough.Hope i do not have to unbolt the diff,any advice would be appreciated.Also where to find service shop manual:confused::d

06 polaris 800 when shifting into reverse sometimes does not engage immediatly just rattles works good for a few then not again for a few :confused:

Lift kit it in ,super light tires and rims from super grip on order,Clutch kit done,installing reverse override,temp gauge,and fan on of overide switch this week,NOW need some ideas about exhaust.Can a person just build it or do I have to order one(want true dual)what have other people done here
