Gonna slid the cylinders back off to be certain... Any thoughts on reusing these base gaskets... They were both brand new???

Just talked to my buddy and I guess he over looked checking the gaps :frusty: thank god he did not get it all back together. The cylinder was torqued though should the base gaskets be replaced???

Just seems a little bit short. The gasket barely stays in place.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience installing this kit. We were putting one together yesterday and the dowel pins they supplied don't seem to be long enough to make it through both gaskets, cylinder shim and have enough there for the cylinders to be centered. As there was only about 1mm...

I'm running one as well over 300 miles on my 14 and holding strong!

Powder coated mine no prob. Even drilled the end cap and ran some high stregth stainless rivets just in case.

Ya tunnel is wrapped with matte black vynyl to match hood and side panels

Got one on mine 600 Hard miles works awsome still looks like brand new. my buddy also has one on his pro no problems? are your friends running 7 tooth or a drop and roll with 8 tooth??

My bad lol though we are in the pro ride section! It's a 2012 800 brand new crate motor and injectors this year.

Just wondering if anyone has bin done this road? When I start my sled without touching the throttle it idles fin but if you give any gas it will not drop back below 2400ish ???
