It doesn't wrap in the bars. When u turn the bars the bag will hit the tether post causing the tether to fall off the post.

I have to run mine with the big pouch to the front. Otherwise it will pull tether. I have never figured out how norona doesn't have the same problem

Spray wd40 on it once year and it won't hardly rust. I have a table in my shop for 10 years and hardly any rust. Once a year I clean the top and spray wd40 on it
