    ski doo 600 sdi exhaust

Don't worry about buying one with the temp. sensor port. The port is std. metric thread so just weld on a nut and use your old sensor. Caution !!! make sure you weld it so the sensor is directly in the exhaust inlet. Caution !!! when taking out the sensor from your old pipe, heat the port until...

    Chain Case

If u got enough slack in the chain for 2extra teeth on the bot, get a new chain, it's worn out.General rule of thumb-u can go up 1 tooth on top gear with good chain, any more than that -junk the chain.

    Aluminum wheels and track problem

Yeh, only happens with the rear billets, more pressure on them. The 1/2 clipped track doesn't help any and I really can't see anodizing helping any. But that's just my:twocents:

    xp chain tension

What kind of "crap" could possibly be on the tensioner bolt in the chaincase? If there is , you'd best be cleaning everything. Your dealer is right, turn tensioner bolt finger tight, back off about 1/2 turn to get the spring clip in .

    Aluminum wheels and track problem

Take your billets to a machine shop, have them square grooved and stretch a square o-ring on them.Track won't take a "likken and keep on tikken".:tazz:

    HELP-Need new slide rails

Way too late for this response. Whats wrong with welding them and then a gusset over top if you want. Never break them there again and wayyyy cheaper.
