i just got started on the job today i believe that quote you gave me from your manural is for the radiator and im taking out the front cooler or heat exchanger you could call it in front of the track under the machine... thanks!!

has anyone here installed a front cooler on a rev xp? and would know what the best method of replacing this thing iv heard of one way was to remove the motor not something i want to do for this one part any ideas out there??:beer::beer: thanks!

hey how ya doing? i have knocked my cooler off as well on my 2008 rev xp 800r i ordered a new cooler but i was told i have to remove the motor to install it and re mount the riverts is this true? do you re install yours? lemme know it be a great help! my emails is slickdg@gmail.com thanks!! Darren
