If ethanol in the fuel, there is plug that needs be unplugged by the ecm. If i remember correctly, my sled is not here for me to look at sorry. On the ecm it should tell you, to plug it in or unplug depending on fuel. This affects it, worth looking into.

Spend the $10, I did 2 years ago for my 2006 Arctic Cat, and it looks like it was right frm cat. Got mine (CD) off E-bay as well, there was no way, That I would pay 200-300, got it within 2 weeks. If you want PM me, I could show you what I got. I hate getting gouged by parts guys.

sled looks good with the 136" track, post some pics of before and after.

From what you have said, I would check condition of belt and belt deflection first. You said the secondary would not move, are you talking it will not turn the track? could be DD problem. Is not closing onto the belt? Dirty clutch, not enough tension for the belt deflection, broken spring in...
