Ok so I have a 2004 Sportsman 600 twin and I have oil coming out above my manifold which i guess would be the rocker cover seal. Anyone know how hard it is to change this seal? can I take the bolts out and lift the cover up and place the new one in?' thanks

I thought my belt housing had 2 pipes coming off of it, one that runs straight up and on that runs along side the gas tank.

Front diff lock?? All I have to do is flick a switch and its in awd. I changed the spark plugs tonight and after I took out the 2nd ngk I fired it up and it even sounded better. I took it down to the quarry and drove the heck out of it in the water to the point I was soaked, but I was still...

Air filter is bone dry, the carb boots are good, I checked the plugs and they seem fine. The plug boots were a little dirty so I cleaned them up and put the die elec to them. Just odd that when I hit a little bit of water or mud, well most of the time deep mud it dies on me.

Ok so today I hit this mud hole and then water hole at low speeds and the bike started to spit and sputter and then it died on me and after that when I gave it some throttle it would get to about 25 mph and start to spit and sputter and wouldn't go faster. I can cruise along at a good speed but...

Whats the best way to drain the tank?

Ok so I just looked in my gas tank and I see dirt at the bottom of the tank. It doesn't looking like a a lot but its still there. Should I drain the tank out and if so how? or will the fuel filter catch this dirt?? Thanks

Can anyone out there tell me where their gas tank vent line runs to? I had to replace mine as it rotted and broke the dealership told me to run down the frame to the back of the bike and onto the ground, I did that and the first mud hole I got buried in the mud and water came right up the tube...
