Hey, I as there this past weekend and it rained and had warm temperatures. Saturday wasn't too bad but Sunday was concrete everywhere. We had to run with scratcher all day and just kind of toured around. There wasn't any snow for riding. Unless it snows big time or gets really warm when you...
YA I am running slp ceramic coated can. I am kind of thinking it may because last year I didn't use the recoil at all. And this year my battery was hooped and started using the rope. The dog legs in the recoil might just be gummed up. I'll let you all know what it is when I tear into it.
Hey so this weekend out in the mountains were far from spectacular with snow conditions. The hills were like concrete so for entertainment we had a few hill climb competitions in reverse to see who could have climbed the highest. After a couple pokes we stopped as the question arose if we were...
Thxs for the info guys. I just replaced the battery so I could use the electric start to get me through the weekend. But now I'm back I'll be ripping into it to see what the issue is. thxs again for the tips this will save me some time cursing at sled trying to figure out how it comes apart.
I am having an issue with my recoil on a 2014 pro rmk. The first couple starts of the day are great but once it gets warm the rope is free wheeling in and out and only catches sometime. But if it cools over night it work great till it warms up. Any idea why this would happen? What's the fix?
Thxs
Rode Frisbee and Boulder this past weekend and there was decent snow all around but definitely need more snow to cover up all the tracks. There is still tons of fresh snow to be had if you like playing in the trees.
From what I have been told Blue River (Blue River Powder Packers) and Valemount (Varda) are different associations so I believe the trail pass wouldn't be transferable. Also, I have asked about season trail pass for Blue River and got an answer back saying not as of yet.
Depending on how much you like to use trees for traction I would put a different bumper on to protect the sled a bit more. Polaris has this bumper Polaris Snowmobiles CA similar to the Dan Adams which I went with.
HAHAHA... I don't care who you are, that is just funny right there. I got the call last week and scheduled to pick up my new pro Friday. Can't wait to get her home and rig it up with all the new goodies from the Sled show.
I cannot stand Polaris but the Pro has spoke for itself and now I find myself snow checking 163 White LE. I am looking forward to this machine taking me and my skills to places that my doo fell short.
On my last trip to the mountains I shamefully had to be towed out as my chain snapped and cracked the case after it stripped a few teeth on the gears. All that aside I need to remove the chaincase and was wondering if people have any tips or exactly what to do to remove the case?
