My 2011 Switchback Assault will not turn off, key in off position or completely removed kill switch will not turn it of either, engine light is on and unit has no power??I have to unplug main power wires?? Any Ideas???

sounds like the belt is burnt in one spot.This happened to my 2009 850,as soon as i smoked the belt it got jerky.New belt and was good to go.No issues since

Was the SLP spring installed when you upgraded to the SLP pipe and can,I have a 2009 800 Swichback with full SLT pipe and can,when it was installed they also had to change the clutch weights and spring so you may want to check on that.Unless it being an RMK make a differance.
