I put the triangle kit on my Scrambler, here's a little video I took after the install.

i left the hose a little loose and can still remove the front cover so it flips open like a car hood, until I put my rad kit anyway.
You will notice some power loss, I throw mine in low when I'm going through skeg, both times I broke the cv's was in sticky skeg and I think I was turning to the left both times was the left outter cv that snapped. I'm switching over to rhino full axles for the fronts.
My buddy runs 30" zillas...
If they measure to a true 11" wide, you WILL be breaking cv joints, I've snapped two so far with 28x11 zillas on the front of mine and the Zilla measures to 10" wide for the 11's. The meyhams have a bigger lug and weigh a couples pounds more to. I'm not saying I wouldn't do it, just to budget...
I'd say it's a step back, to me, it looks like the meyhams have a bigger lug and I think they would be wider as the 30 zillas measure to 10" wide. But I haven't tried the meyhams so I really don't know.
I'm looking at getting a 700 yamaha grizz if I can get it for around 9k, nice and light with a good set of tires, should be near unstoppable in the mud and skeg up here in northern Alberta.
Not sure on off highway but it's $2875 or 45 days in jail for a on highway, it's probably a little less but I bet not much because of liability reasons.
I used ADR axles bought through Superatv.com, got them for 120 a peeve shipped with a discount. You could spend mor on rhino or gorilla axles but the ADR seem to be holding up just fine.
Its not the front diff thats weak, its the front cv's. I've broken two stock outer cv's on mine with my 28 x 11's with my lift on, its fine with the aftermarket cv's now though.
My friend with the 30's sheared his stock axle, I've never seen anything like it, he's had 0 issues since changing...
I have 28/11/14 on all 4 btw, I had to put the lift on cause they rub with the 2 up but if you have the reg xp, you will only need to bump your shock setting at about 1/2 up. No lift needed.
I would really recommend the 11's all around, it pulls great in the skeg.
