This probably has been asked before but i was just wondering what would be a safe too high end motor temp to run when riding in marginal snow conditions i have a 2018 MTX 162

Just wondering with no 2020 or 2021 MTX Sidewinder in Yamaha's line up and now a Yamaha blue Alpha being offered in 2021 is the Sidewinder MTX finished what do you guys think.

i don't think that they are any different than any of the other mountain sleds if you find yourself riding for extended periods of time in marginal snow conditions and needing to use the scratchers most of the time just looking for a way not to be so dependent on the scratchers to travel through...

Thanks for the info Lund it looks like every thing needs to be removed in order to access the work area does the bulk head cooler need to be removed in order to weld the nipple on and does the nipple come with a cooler from CR this does look like a bit of a job going to have to think about this...

Well took my Sidewinder for quick a little ride today around the yard and field after installing the CR resonator can it woke the sled up pretty good it hits the rev limiter fairly quick now as expected will have to look at some clutching changes for local riding also this can is louder than...

Looking at maybe installing a CR resonator on my 2018 Sidewinder just wondering if factory heat shields can be used and if not will the extra heat cause any damage to side panels or other components.

No was at a yamaha dealership the other day and he was showing me them so i thought i would ask and see if anyone has tried them.
