I picked up some rims for my avalanche and found out I can't get a socket on the stock lug nuts. My nuts are too big!
I phoned around and found out aftermarket nuts are $90 and up plus the key. Seems crazy to me considering the rims have covers so I'm not looking for pretty nuts.

Half the battle was trying to figure what I needed and what they're called.
Finally figured out I needed 14x1.5 Open End Spline lug nuts. I knew the stock ones were 14x1.5 but that was the easy part. Did a search on Ebay and ordered a set for $47 with a key from Dallas.
It's too bad it costs the local guys $50 to import these.
